Why

What sport gives me

For me, sport has always been about more than fitness — it began with a desire to feel strong, both physically and mentally. Movement has become a way to take care of myself, build confidence and support my wellbeing. I love discovering what my body is capable of and how much stronger I can become, inside and out.
